Metro Credit Union, the largest state-chartered credit union in Massachusetts, announces its partnership with Traduality, the creator of the Multicultural Member Experience Platform, Fire Lingo. As part of this collaboration, all Metro Credit Union branches are equipped to provide one-on-one communication in members’ native languages, strengthening access, clarity, and trust at every point of service.
Through this strategic initiative, Metro Credit Union becomes the first credit union in Massachusetts to deploy Traduality’s advanced member communication tools through an exclusive partnership. The collaboration also includes joint development of Traduality’s next phase of contact center integration, enhancing future member interactions across voice and digital channels.

Traduality’s Multicultural Member Experience Platform includes two integrated solutions: Fire Lingo Face-to-Face enables real-time, in-person communication between staff and members via tablet, in members’ preferred languages, creating a seamless in-person experience. Complementing this, Fire Lingo Cloud provides a centralized platform that allows teams across departments to tailor documents, marketing materials, digital experiences, and educational content to their members’ preferred language, supporting more proactive and culturally relevant outreach and engagement.
All 18 Metro branches are fully equipped with Fire Lingo Face-to-Face tablets and back-office teams have access to Fire Lingo Cloud.
