WAYNESBORO, VA: DuPont Community Credit Union (DCCU) recently announced that Michael J. Tranum has joined the Credit Union as Vice President of Information Technology.

“We are pleased to have Michael join DuPont Community Credit Union’s senior management team,” said Kimberly L. Dean, DCCU’s Senior Vice President of Information Technology. “Michael’s experience and background will help DCCU to continue to bring the most advanced technology in the financial services industry to our members.”

Mr. Tranum has nine years of information technology consulting experience across a wide variety of industries, and he holds many professional information technology certifications.  He worked for over four years with Pentagon Federal Credit Union. Mr. Tranum has a Bachelor of Science degree in Management and Organizational Development from Eastern Mennonite University. He lives in Bridgewater with his wife, Sara, and they have one son.
