Michelle Pagni is the new Senior Vice President of Human Resources at San Diego County Credit Union

San Diego County Credit Union (SDCCU), San Diego’s largest locally-owned financial institution, has announced the addition of Michelle Pagni as the credit union’s new Senior Vice President of Human Resources. The announcement was made by SDCCU President and CEO, Teresa Halleck.

Pagni has more than 17 years of experience in human resources management, including positions with credit unions and banks. She will be involved with developing and directing human resource policies and programs at SDCCU, including organizational planning, training, employment, compensation, benefits, safety and health and employee services, according to Halleck.

Pagni attended Chapman University andGrossmont and Cuyamaca Collegesand is active in the industry, currently serving as the chairperson of the Port of San Diego Personnel Advisory Board. She is also a member of San Diego Society for Human Resource Management and HRD Network, a networking trade group for credit union professionals.Additionally, Pagni is active in the community and supports many local philanthropic organizations.
