Mid-Hudson Valley Federal Credit Union announces 3rd Quarter 2015 Chairman’s Award Winner

Patricia Connors has been awarded the Mid-Hudson Valley Federal Credit Union Chairman’s Award for TALENT as announced by Gary Anderson, Chairman of the Board. Anderson maintains the value of the award is to encourage employees to go above and beyond, and acknowledge employees’ dedication and commitment to MHV.

TALENT is an acronym that represents the winning attributes of Top Performance, Availability, Leadership, Energy, New Vision and Teamwork.

The Chairman presented Patricia with the award to the applause of directors and management at a recent board meeting.

“MHV is very proud of its employees for their daily commitment to both internal and external member service,” says Anderson. “It’s important to let employees know just how much they contribute to the success of the credit union by awarding those who consistently make the extra effort to go above and beyond.”

Patricia Connors began her career with MHV 2.5 years ago as a Mail Clerk and has since progressed to Documentation/Mail Specialist. She is responsible for handling the pick/up, delivery and internal distribution of MHV mail, and maintenance of credit union records.

Patricia is always flexible with her work schedule to help the credit union.  She will not hesitate to make additional trips outside her schedule and still complete her daily tasks. Patricia consistently goes out of her way to make things happen, volunteering to help wherever help is needed.

As Patricia’s manager, Jessica Fox states, “Patty (Patricia) excels at teamwork. She is dependable as a team member and always puts the credit union first. She makes herself available to assist her department and all employees at MHV.”

Patricia is a graduate of Kingston High School and SUNY Ulster. She currently resides in Ulster County, NY.
