Midwest Community Federal Credit Union Redesigns Website To Showcase Small Business Banking Services Program

Defiance, Ohio, February 27, 2012 – Midwest Community Federal Credit Union today unveiled its new Small Business Banking Services program. This program is designed to address the financial needs of a previously underserved market:  small to medium sized businesses within their scope of membership.

According to Sonja Delaney, CEO, Midwest Community Credit Union’s goal was to extend the same banking services to business owners that it currently offers its individual members. “We believe that small and medium-sized businesses have been traditionally overlooked by the credit union industry.” With that goal in mind, Midwest Community Credit Union commissioned Marketing Partners, Inc., their marketing agency, to completely overhaul and redesign their website in order to showcase their new Small Business Banking Services program.

“Our goal was to not only announce our Small Business Banking program, but to make our entire website cleaner, less cluttered, and easier to navigate,” Delaney said. “ The Marketing Partners team guided us through the design process, helping us improve navigation and develop content that would be useful to all of our members,” she continued. “And now, by offering small business owners a range of banking products that will help them conduct business on a daily basis, they too can realize the inherent benefits of credit union membership. Not only have we successfully launched our new Small Business Banking Services program and content to the community at large, we have also made it easier for our members to access the many tools and resources that we have to offer.”
