“Missing Link in Strategic Execution” to be revealed in NAFCU main stage address
SEATTLE, WA (June 18, 2018) — In a main stage presentation at the NAFCU 51st Annual Conference and Solutions Expo this week, Deedee Myers, Ph.D., CEO of DDJ Myers (www.ddjmyers.com), will explore how developing mid-level leadership can help credit unions deliver long-term value to their members.
Myers’ address on “The Missing Link in Strategic Execution: Developing Mid-Level Talent,” set for 8:20 a.m. Thursday at the Washington State Convention Center in Seattle, will focus on developing leadership competencies among managers whose current and future roles involve solving problems and realizing opportunities tied to their credit union’s strategic priorities.
