Monica Coughlin appointed to the Elevations Credit Union Board of Directors
BOULDER, CO (October 7, 2021) — Monica Coughlin, the Chief Operating Officer for the Colorado Technology Association, has been appointed to the Elevations Credit Union Board of Directors.
“It’s an honor to join the board of Elevations Credit Union,” said Coughlin. “I look forward to working alongside our local leadership team to help Elevations continue its pursuit of excellence and remain a top Colorado credit union and a leader in the communities we serve.”
Coughlin currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer for Colorado Technology Association, where her responsibilities include business development, marketing, sales and more for the association’s 300+ member organizations. She is an accomplished leader with a proven track record in strategy development, business operations, executive leadership and relationship building. Coughlin brings over twenty years of experience in the IT industry – spanning public sector, private sector, and nonprofits – to her role on the board.

Beyond her professional experience, Coughlin has served as a board member for other organizations including Big Brothers Big Sisters of Colorado and the Colorado Women’s Chamber of Commerce. Currently, she serves on the YMCA of Metro Denver Board of Directors as well as the Regis University Anderson College of Business & Computing Executive Advisory Board.
Coughlin received her Bachelor of Science in business administration and computer science from Regis University before completing the University of Colorado Boulder Leeds School of Business’ 50 for Colorado Leadership Program. She has been recognized as a recipient of Denver Business Journal’s Forty Under 40 award and the StateScoop 50 Awards Golden Gov: State Executive of the Year.
