SILVER SPRING, MD (September 18, 2014) -- Montgomery County Employees Federal Credit Union (MC EFCU) was among the sponsors of the 2014 Montgomery County Executive’s Hispanic Gala. The sponsorship provided a $2,000 scholarship for Luisa Raquel Reyes, a student at Morgan State University. The gala kicked off Montgomery County’s celebration of National Hispanic Heritage Month, which is observed from September 15 to October 15.
