MSUFCU named Top Workplace in Financial Services

EAST LANSING, MI (August 10, 2023) — MSU Federal Credit Union (MSUFCU) is proud to accept the 2023 Top Workplaces honor awarded by Top Workplaces based on the 2022 results of the Energage Workplace Surveys administered in partnership with the Detroit Free Press.

Out of 121 distinguished organizations, MSUFCU’s remarkable commitment to its employees secured its ranking of 40th in the Top Workplaces in Financial Services.

“This Top Workplace recognition is a testimony to the open and welcoming environment of our organization that we have proudly built for over 85 years,” said Silvia Dimma, MSUFCU Chief Human Resources Officer. “We continually look to improve processes based on employee feedback to create a workplace where all our team members can come to work as their authentic selves, be proud of the work they do, and do their best work.”

The Top Workplaces awards celebrate nationally recognized companies that make the world a better place to work together by prioritizing a people-centered culture and giving employees a voice. The award is based on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by Energage LCC, a leading provider of technology-based employee engagement tools. The anonymous survey measures several aspects of workplace culture, including alignment, execution, and connection.

MSUFCU is committed to the financial, personal, professional, and social well-being of its employees. As a Top Workplace-recognized organization, MSUFCU offers a variety of positions with flexible work models; competitive wages and benefits; affinity groups to foster belonging and connections; and opportunities for our employees to gain new skills, learn, and grow at the organization.
