BEAVERCREEK, OH (October 24, 2023) — myCUmortgage proudly announced the winners of its annual awards program during the 18th Annual myCUmortgage Partner Conference, held October 17-19 in Dayton, Ohio. myCUmortgage is a leading Credit Union Service Organization (CUSO) and wholly owned by Wright-Patt Credit Union.
This year’s conference, which was aptly themed Amp Up Your Mortgage Business & Pump Up the Volume on Purchase Loans, showcased 14 winning partner credit unions and loan originators based on the number of members assisted from July 1, 2022, to June 30, 2023. Closed loan volume as well as the unique and innovative stories behind each winner’s successful year were considered in the selection process.
“The mortgage and real estate markets have been challenging over the last couple of years; however, these credit unions and individuals found the opportunities and achieved great results,” said Paul Sutor, Interim President of myCUmortgage. “This year’s winners persevered and serve as inspiration to fellow credit union mortgage lenders that members still need to buy homes and credit unions are the optimal partner assist them.”

Eastern Indiana Federal Credit Union in New Castle, Ind. was awarded the Susan Edwards Scholarship. Named after the late Susan Edwards, a former employee of myCUmortgage and fierce advocate for small credit unions, the scholarship is awarded annually to a smaller credit union that demonstrates excellence in assisting members with homeownership. The scholarship funds attendance to the myCUmortgage Partner Conference.
This year’s winner of the Tim Mislansky Belief Award was Ana Petre of TopMark Federal Credit Union in Cridersville, Ohio. The award was established and named to honor Mislansky, the former President of myCUmortgage and now President and CEO of Wright-Patt Credit Union. The annual award recognizes an individual who exemplifies Mislansky’s belief in the importance of living one’s core values at work, home and in the community.
Taking part in the 2023 Partner Conference were 62 credit union mortgage leaders representing 25 credit unions from across the United States. The conference provides attendees with the latest news, trends and techniques in the mortgage industry as well as the opportunity to exchange information with fellow credit union mortgage representatives and network with industry leaders.
