Nancy Culp named First Financial Federal Credit Union’s Chief Lending Officer

First Financial Federal Credit Union is pleased to announce Nancy Culp has recently been promoted to Chief Lending Officer. In her new role, Culp will be responsible for the activities and overall direction of First Financial’s lending services, membership initiatives, and branch operations.

Culp, who currently resides in Bayville, joined First Financial in 1991 as a collector. Over the years she progressed to a variety of roles, including a Collections Manager, Lending Manager, Assistant Vice President of Lending, and then the Vice President of Lending, Sales and Member Services in 2014. Culp has also presented various First Financial consumer seminars over the years, on topics such as credit management, debt consolidation, financing a vehicle, and buying a home.

“We are very pleased to announce the promotion of Nancy Culp to Chief Lending Officer,” stated Issa Stephan, President and CEO of First Financial. “Nancy has been with First Financial for 30 years, and she has been involved in every aspect of lending and member services and sales. She is a team player and a key member of senior management at the credit union.”

Culp attended Ocean County College and Seton Hall University, where she earned her degree in business administration. Outside of her work at First Financial, Culp is an avid photographer and enjoys spending time with her family – especially her two granddaughters.

Regarding her new role at the credit union, Culp stated, “In my new position, I look forward to helping our members attain their financial goals and dreams, just as I have been for the past 30 years.”
