Credit Union 24 sought to streamline the time- and labor-intensive process of ensuring PCI DSS compliance. After extensive research and due diligence, the company identified policy and procedural alternatives that eliminated much of the need to access PCI DSS “in scope” data for normal operations and still provide the highest level of service and security to its participating credit unions. In order to fully realize the benefits, Credit Union 24 needed to automatically verify the new policies and procedures to eliminate expensive Qualified Security Assessor (QSA) audits.
