Nationwide search for next CEO of Union Bank & Trust launched with DDJ Myers as facilitator
MINNEAPOLIS, MN (December 6, 2023) — A nationwide search for the next CEO of Union Bank & Trust has been launched. DDJ Myers, the well-known executive search and leadership development firm, is serving as facilitator.
Union Bank & Trust’s current President/CEO, Ruth Peterson recently announced that she’ll be leaving the institution this month. “On behalf of the entire Board of Directors, we would like to thank Ruth for her service to the Bank, which has included various roles since 2015. We’ve enjoyed our time with Ruth and wish her all the best in her next chapter,” says Terry Nelson, Board Chair.
Over the past decade, Union Bank & Trust has grown in both size and profitability thanks to a strong executive team. During this transitional period, the team will continue to work closely together in conjunction with the board of directors to carry the bank forward while an appropriate successor is selected. The next CEO will be charged with leading Union Bank & Trust into the future and setting the stage for growth and expansion.
