The National Credit Union Information Sharing Analysis Organization (NCU-ISAO) proudly announces a major milestone in its mission to advance cyber resilience across the credit union industry: the organization now supports 250 credit union members nationwide.
Founded in 2016 with the belief that collaboration is the key to combating emerging threats, NCU-ISAO has become a trusted hub for intelligence sharing, real-time alerts, and peer-driven learning. As the only ISAO dedicated solely to the credit union community, the organization has built a unique space where institutions of all sizes can share insights, anticipate risks, and respond collectively to today’s rapidly evolving cyber landscape.
“This milestone is more than a number—it’s a reflection of the strong, cooperative spirit that defines the credit union industry,” said Brian Hinze, President and CEO of NCU-ISAO. “We’ve grown organically through the continued support of our members and by staying focused on what matters most: helping credit unions protect their operations, their members, and in turn the communities they serve.”
As cybersecurity challenges continue to grow in scale and complexity, NCU-ISAO’s role becomes even more vital. With a member-driven model and a deep understanding of the unique pressures facing credit unions, the organization remains committed to advancing security, operational resilience, and collective preparedness across the industry.
“We’re incredibly proud of this community and grateful for the trust of our members,” added Hinze. “As we look ahead, we’ll continue to innovate and evolve—always with the goal of protecting credit unions and their members in a constantly shifting digital world.”
