NEFCU awards $5000 for Vermont National Guard scholarships

WILLISTON, VT (March 8, 2018) — On Wednesday, February 7, New England Federal Credit Union (NEFCU) awarded five, $1000.00 scholarships to members of the Vermont National Guard. Presentation of the scholarships took place at the National Guard Association of Vermont’s Annual Scholarship Breakfast at the Capital Plaza Hotel in Montpelier.  A sixth scholarship was presented by the National Guard Association of Vermont.

On hand to present the scholarships for NEFCU were Cindy Morgan, Senior Marketing Executive, and Bill Smith, Senior Retail Delivery Executive. Representing the Vermont National Guard was Adjutant General Steven Cray. Also on hand were Vermont State Representative Thomas Terenzini, R-Rutland, and Lieutenant Governor David Zuckerman.
