Neighbors Federal Credit Union announces new website
BATON ROUGE, LA (February 7, 2017) — Neighbors Federal Credit Union is happy to announce our website, http://www.neighborsfcu.org, is receiving a well-deserved upgrade on February 8th. Our newly redesigned site offers quick and easy access to essential information and improved user experience.
The new website, developed by local website design firm Gatorworks, has a clean uncluttered design, improved functionality, enriched content, and is built on a responsive design framework that adjusts to the viewer’s device. Our goal is to provide members a simple way to learn about new products and easy access to online banking information.
New features include:
- Better integration with social media channels.
- The Front Porch, our new blog, featuring the latest news, products and community events.
- An events calendar allowing visitors to sign up for free financial workshops.

A handful of educators started Baton Rouge Teachers in 1954 with a shoe box, a couple hundred dollars and the goal of making financial services available to school system employees in our area.
