Bertotto will join the staff of MY CU Services – a leading provider of electronic payment and technology solutions for credit unions.

A veteran in leadership and organization development with 25 years of experience, Bertotto will direct culture-building activities and initiatives that align with MY CU Services and Mid-Atlantic Corporate’s mission, vision and values. In addition, Bertotto’s training and development services have been added to MY CU Services’ product offerings, which will be available to credit unions and industry partners.
Other MY CU Services products include ACH services, cloud services, electronic bill payment, remote capture, share draft processing and cooperative purchase programs – all designed to help credit unions compete more efficiently and cost-effectively.
Prior to his new position, Bertotto founded the workplace consultancy, Strengths Life Project, and also designed the company culture at one of the fastest growing banks in Pennsylvania history. He has written numerous articles for a variety of publications on leadership, strengths and organizational culture.
