(N. CHARLESTON, S.C.) – April 3, 2012 – South Carolina Financial Solutions, LLC, a member of South Carolina Federal Credit Union’s family of service organizations, announced today a new talent management/human resources consulting group called Optimal Talent Solutions™.
Crissy Ortiz has been named Executive Director of Optimal Talent Solutions. Ortiz will also remain Talent Acquisition Manager at South Carolina Federal Credit Union.
“Optimal Talent Solutions provides comprehensive and robust solutions to optimize any organization’s talent management strategy,” said Crissy Ortiz, Executive Director, Optimal Talent Solutions. “This talent management consulting group will provide credit unions and other organizations with every detail to empower and align their workforce with corporate goals, ultimately improving engagement, retention and increasing productivity.”
Optimal Talent Solutions will support the enhancement or implementation of strategies designed to improve process for acquiring, developing, aligning assessing and retaining a diverse workforce with the required skills and aptitude to meet an organization’s current and future needs. The consulting group will also provide employee regulations support to include, but not limited to, AAP Outsourcing, Training, EEO-1 Reporting and Diversity and Inclusion programs.
