New Horizons Credit Union’s Annual Meeting introduces slate of officers

MOBILE, AL (May 3, 2017) — New Horizons Credit Union held its Annual Meeting on April 28, 2017 at the University of South Alabama’s Student Center. Over 200 Credit Union members, staff, Board of Directors and Supervisory Committee were in attendance to commemorate a successful year for the Credit Union, and to offer a special memorial tribute to recently deceased, Board of Directors Chairman, Gerald Easley.

New Horizons Credit Union President/CEO, Lisa Corvo, honored the Easley family with a service plaque and custom portrait of Gerald Easley – which will be hung in the New Horizons Credit Union Board Room. Corvo commented, “Gerald witnessed this Credit Union come a long way, from being a small, local Credit Union that served Scott Paper Company, to one that faithfully serves communities throughout Southeast Alabama and now, Pensacola, Florida. He was what you wished for in a Board Chair, plus more, and is dearly missed.”
