Todd Cook joins Raiz from the Dallas area, bringing over 18 years of credit union experience, most recently as Director of Finance at Texans Credit Union. Known for guiding organizations to financial stability and for his dedication to credit union advocacy, Cook has a proven record of building high-performing teams and supporting members’ financial well-being. He holds a B.A. in Business Management from Stephen F. Austin State University and serves as president of the Southwest CUNA Management School class of 2026. Deeply committed to community engagement, Cook has volunteered with Habitat for Humanity, Special Olympics, and Genesis Women’s Shelter. At Raiz, Cook’s leadership will support the credit union’s purpose-driven mission, ensuring financial integrity and helping to create meaningful impact for members and the El Paso community.
