NewGround, a St. Louis-based innovative architecture, design, and project management firm, announced that Jeff Winter, Senior Vice President of Marketing at NewGround, and Jennifer Burns, Senior Consultant for FI Strategies, LLC are scheduled to speak at the 56th Annual Defense Credit Union Council (DCUC) Conference at the Fairmount Chicago Millennium Park Hotel on Tuesday, August 20 at 11 a.m.
Jeff and Jennifer’s presentation entitled, “The Member Experience Culture: From Disruption to Differentiation,” explores how creating meaningful interactions are vital to stand out in target markets. To gain different results, credit unions will understand how to successfully disrupt their culture and physical space in order to differentiate themselves and better serve members in the future.
“We are in a new competitive battleground where credit unions must disrupt their strategies to provide a stellar member experience,” said Jeff Winter, SVP of Marketing at NewGround. “As an organization, we want to help guide them on how to do just that.”
The session will provide credit unions with the script for rethinking the environment and brand for the member experience. From the layout of branches to how staff performs within them, conference attendees will walk away with strategic solutions and proven actions that produce winning results.
“From designing new roles to addressing day-to-day motivation, credit unions will have the tools to align their people and processes to support the experience their members expect,” said Jennifer Burns, Senior Consultant for FI Strategies, LLC.
