The National Association of Latino Credit Unions and Professionals (NLCUP) proudly celebrated the recipients of the 2026 NLCUP Conference Awards during the official awards ceremony held Tuesday, February 3, 2026, at the sold-out NLCUP 2026 Conference in Long Beach, California.
These awards honor leaders whose work has strengthened the credit union movement through dedicated service, meaningful advocacy, and transformative community engagement. Each honoree’s contributions reflect NLCUP’s core belief that representation, access, and community-centered leadership are essential to building a more equitable and resilient industry.

During the ceremony, NLCUP was also proud to welcome Ambassador Carlos González Gutiérrez, Consul General of Mexico in Los Angeles, and present him with the Spirit of Hope Award in recognition of his steadfast commitment to uplifting Latino communities, advancing opportunity, and strengthening connections across borders.
