Northeast Credit Union Foundation invites student-members to apply for scholarship opportunities for 2024-2025 academic year

A total of $40,000 will be awarded to chosen recipients

PORTSMOUTH, NH (January 18, 2024) — Today, Northeast Credit Union Foundation opened its annual application process for the company’s scholarship program totaling $40,000. From January 16 through March 8, 2024, student-members of the credit union are invited to apply for opportunities to receive funding for their educational endeavors. These scholarships are designed to assist and encourage students pursuing accredited programs at technical institutes, 2-or-4-year colleges and vocational and trade schools.

Northeast Credit Union is committed to supporting the aspirations and educational pursuits of its student-members, particularly those with an interest in helping to solve the housing and food insecurity issues our communities are facing today.  This scholarship program aims to recognize and reward outstanding individuals who demonstrate academic excellence, community involvement, and a commitment to making a positive impact.

Student-members can choose from five different scholarship options, totaling 24 opportunities to receive financial support. Scholarships are available to Northeast Credit Union student-members who are in good standing and joined on or before January 16, 2023.
