Numerica CEO named ‘Outstanding Chief Executive’
SPOKANE VALLEY, WA (December 4, 2023) — President and CEO Carla Cicero of Numerica Credit Union has been named 2023’s Outstanding Chief Executive by the Credit Union Executives Society (CUES). CUES honors one chief executive from across the industry who had made outstanding contributions to strengthen credit unions.
Cicero was recognized by CUES for building a culture of success, being a people-first leader and championing Numerica’s growth. In Cicero’s 12 years leading Numerica, the credit union has added eight branches, grown to over $3.7 billion in assets and contributed more than $13 million to the communities it serves.

Cicero leads 660 employees across 21 branches. For three years, Numerica has received the Raddon Crystal Performance Award, a data-driven honor that reflects the credit union’s financial strength. From employee surveys, Numerica has also been named the #1 Best Place to Work in the Inland Northwest each year since 2021.
Cicero currently serves on several boards, including Greater Spokane Inc., Rosauers Supermarkets, the Association of Washington Businesses and the Coeur d’Alene Economic Development Corp.
