Numerica hires Hickman as digital experience and engagement SVP
SPOKANE VALLEY, WA (April 8, 2024) — Nathan Hickman has been hired as Numerica Credit Union’s senior vice president of digital experience and engagement. In this role, Hickman will oversee the credit union’s member service center. He is also charged with growing and developing Numerica’s digital service tools and solutions.
Hickman joins Numerica with more than 20 years of experience in the financial industry. He previously served as BECU’s vice president of talent management and oversaw member service.

A Spokane native, Hickman holds a master’s degree in communication and leadership studies from Gonzaga University.
