Marty Gonzales has been promoted to vice president of organizational alignment at Numerica Credit Union. In this role, he will oversee the organization’s strategic alignment program. This includes helping executive and business leaders navigate tactical goals and strategies.
Gonzales will be coaching department leaders in the four regions Numerica serves. He was previously Numerica’s assistant vice president of organizational alignment.
