HELENA, MT (May 29, 2019) — Park Side Credit Union (Park Side CU) recently wrapped up its second annual Park Side Days promotion. The member-focused promotion provided more than a month of recreational preparation for the summer days ahead.
Park Side Days is a simple way for the credit union to encourage their members to get outside and enjoy summertime without the stress of how they will fund their outdoor activities. The promotion offered lower loan rates and higher deposit rates during this six-week period.
“We love giving our members the opportunity to truly enjoy the summer months and give them the ability to pursue the adventures they dream about,” said Josh Kroll, vice president of marketing at Park Side Credit Union. “Our community is important to us. When our community is happy, we call that a success.”
Advertised as “Easy as 1-2-3,” the exciting prize drawing that was part of the promotion entered anyone who took out a loan with the credit union during the six-week period into a drawing where six winners were awarded one loan at one percent, two loans at two percent, and three loans at three percent APR.
“We were excited when we initially thought our interest rate was going to be in the lower 4% rate,” said one prize winner who will save more than $1,700. “We were ecstatic to learn that we won, especially since I never win anything. I don’t think I can express exactly how happy I am. This was completely unexpected. I think it shows exactly how generous [Park Side CU] is, and in my opinion, completely sets [them] apart from everyone else.”
