All accountholders must do is meet the following requirements during each qualification cycle—be enrolled in eStatements, be enrolled in MyPelican, have at least 15 debit card purchases post and settle, and have at least one direct deposit, online bill payment, or automatic payment (ACH) post and settle.
If requirements aren’t met during a period, account holders can still earn 0.05%. Balances up to $10,000 earn 5.50% APY, and balances over $10,000 earn 0.50%, resulting in a range of 5.50% – 0.95% depending on the balance.2
