November 17, 2011- Pensacola, Fla.— Pen Air Federal Credit Union and MasterCard are giving members a chance to win a trip to meet golfing legend, Arnold Palmer.  Pen Air FCU members who use their MasterCard credit card or debit card between Dec. 1 and Jan. 31 will be automatically entered for a chance to win.

One grand prize winner will receive a 5-day trip to the annual Arnold Palmer Invitational in Orlando, Fla., with opportunities to walk inside the ropes and follow a professional golfer, access to the hospitality area, play 18 holes at an acclaimed course in Orlando, enjoy an indulgent spa visit, and attend a meet and greet with Arnold Palmer.

 “This is such a neat opportunity for our card members to take advantage of. We are excited that Pen Air FCU and MasterCard can take part in this,” says Michelle James, AVP of Electronic Services at Pen Air FCU.

Arnold Palmer is one of the greatest players in the history of professional men’s golf. Palmer won the PGA Tour Lifetime Achievement Award in 1998, and was inducted into the World Golf Hall of Fame in 1974. He is nicknamed “The King.”

Pen Air FCU is a not-for-profit, member-owned financial institution originally chartered in 1936 to serve civil service and military employees assigned to our military bases in the area, as well as their immediate families.  Pen Air FCU now serves many other employee groups, with 18 branches in Northwest Florida and Southwest Alabama, including three student-run branches at area high schools.
