Pennsylvania Credit Union Association announces new Compliance & Operations Officer
HARRISBURG, PA (May 19, 2016) — Erin Ensminger has joined the Pennsylvania Credit Union Association (the Association) as a Compliance & Operations Officer. She joins the Association from Citi, where she worked for over a decade, most recently as a Fraud Risk Manager. She specialized in the Credit Card division, where she worked in Fraud Risk Operations for most of her time at Citi. Ensminger is a graduate of University of Pittsburgh at Johnstown, where she graduated with a BA, and Shippensburg University, where she received an MBA.
Ensminger’s main duties will entail ensuring a quality member experience by providing information to member credit unions regarding technical, regulatory, and operational issues, while remaining up-to-date on credit union laws and regulations. She will also assist in the development of training and education program for credit unions, as well as leading the actual training sessions.
Ensminger is a native of Clearville, Pennsylvania, and lives in Mechanicsburg. She enjoys spending time with her husband, Keith. She enjoys volunteer opportunities and has most recently been involved with the March of Dimes and the American Heart Association.
