People Driven Credit Union welcomes new chief information officer, VP of lending
WARREN, MI (May 29, 2019) — People Driven Credit Union announced today it has added two new members to the executive team. Brian M. Howell will serve as chief information officer, and Jeff Deshane will serve as vice president of consumer lending.
These exciting new hires bring a wealth of knowledge to People Driven Credit Union. PDCU is focused on the development of its technology platforms and lending solutions to provide the best services for its members.
Brian Howell: Born and raised in southeastern Michigan, Mr. Howell brings over twenty years of information technology and valuable analytic experience to People Driven Credit Union. In addition to expertise in IT, Mr. Howell has developed a deep understanding of the credit union industry, having held multiple positions, ranging from network coordinator to information technology management, since 2004.
In 2010, Howell accepted a position with Credit Union Service Organization and over the course of nearly a decade went on to complete many successful core system conversions to the MDT/Symitar Episys platform, credit union mergers, in-house to hosted environment migrations, credit union name changes, new branch additions and more for dozens of credit union clients.
Jeff Deshane: A dynamic, results-oriented leader, Deshane brings over 18 years of success in providing fiscal, strategic and operations development experience to his new role as vice president of lending. Prior to joining the team at People Driven Credit Union, Deshane served as vice president of loan services at Arbor Financial Credit Union, located in Kalamazoo, Michigan.
Deshane received his Bachelor of Science degree from Grand Valley State University and a degree from the Rex Jonson University of Lending, in addition to certifications from Cohen Brown Breakthrough Sales and Service Training and the Schneider Sales and Service Training Program.
