People’s Credit Union announces the appointment of new member service center manager

MIDDLETOWN, RI (December 18, 2013) --  Nancy Quick, VP of Sales and Service for People’s Credit Union, is pleased to announce the appointment of Paula A. Bogosian to Member Service Center Manager.  In this position Bogosian is responsible for managing the daily activities and staff of the Member Service Center to provide quality service to members through problem resolution and the effective sales of all Credit Union products and services.

Bogosian is an experienced financial service professional with leadership skills in motivating successful customer service teams.  Prior to joining People’s, she was the Customer Service Manager for Webster Bank in Wallingford, CT.  In this role she was responsible for the development of service and sales teams, training and coaching and problem resolution for escalated call issues.  Previously she was a Customer Service and Sales Manager at Sovereign Bank in East Providence, RI and a Sales Manager at Pawtucket Credit Union.

“Paula brings a wealth of experience in customer service and call center management to People’s.  We are excited to have her as a member of our team,” commented Quick.

Bogosian has been very active with the United Way, Special Olympics, and Meals on Wheels. She is currently participating on People’s Community Enhancement Committee, which helps coordinate volunteer activities for employees.
