People’s Credit Union appoints Liz Kay as Head of Member Service Center brings expertise in strategic thinking and team development

People’s Credit Union (PCU) announced the appointment of Liz Kay as Head of Member Service Center. Reporting to the Head of Retail, Kay will be responsible for the successful operation, leadership, and daily oversight of the Center, as well as the implementation and utilization of new technology, and the continued enhancement of the Center’s ability to serve PCU members.

“I’m delighted to welcome Liz to our team,” said Terri Raymond, Head of Retail. “With her extensive service center experience and a strong track record of relationship building, she is well-positioned to deliver the extraordinary service that our members expect from People’s Credit Union.”

Kay has spent more than 30 years in supervisory call center roles for Citizens Bank, Bank of America Corp., CVS Health Corporation, AAA, and, most recently, BankNewport. She resides in Providence with her husband and two children.
