People’s Credit Union appoints new Head of Lending

MIDDLETOWN, RI (August 28, 2023) — People’s Credit Union has appointed Tim Jermain as Head of Lending, responsible for all related operations, activities, and products and services of the Credit Union’s commercial, mortgage, and consumer lending teams. He will serve as a key member of the senior leadership team, collaborating on the strategic direction for the Credit Union, and report to Sean Daly, Head of People’s Credit Union. Jermain has an extensive background in strategic planning and business building having served at Coastal1 Credit Union for 20 years and for the past 10 as Executive Vice President / Chief Operating Officer. Prior to Coastal1, Jermain spent a decade at Sam Adams/Boston Beer Co. helping to grow the microbrewery into an internationally distributed, publicly held market leader.

“Tim has considerable experience in all aspects of financial services and general management that will be helpful in the next phase for People’s Credit Union’s evolution,” stated Sean Daly, Head of People’s Credit Union. “With his many years in credit union business development and leadership, Tim will be a valuable addition to our team,” Daly added.
