Plus4 CU Names Moore First Recipient Chairman Emeritus

Plus4 Credit Union, formally, Houston Postal Credit Union recently named Ceaser Moore Chairman Emeritus in honor of serving 10 years as Board Chairman. He has been a Plus4 Credit Union member for over 50 years. Before Moore became Board Chairman, he worked and retired as Postmaster from the U.S. Postal Service with 41 years of service.

During his reign as Chairman of the Board, Moore founded The Plus4 Annual Golf Tournament. Since 2005, the Golf Tournament has helped to raise over $30,000 in scholarships for college students ranging from various ages.

Moore has shown exemplary leadership and dedication to Plus4 Credit Union. We congratulate him on being the first to receive this prestigious award.
