Point Breeze Credit Union names Harrell Vice President, operations support

HUNT VALLEY, MD (May 29, 2019) — Cynthia M. Harrell has been named Vice President, Operations Support at Point Breeze Credit Union.

In her new post, Harrell will be responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating all operations support activities which impact services offered to Point Breeze members and the credit union’s future growth.

“Cyndi has been a tremendous asset to Point Breeze for more than 26 years, most recently playing an instrumental role in successfully implementing new member products/services and internal efficiencies,” says Kim Mangrum, Senior Vice President and Chief Member Services Officer at Point Breeze Credit Union. “Her strong project management skills will play a critical role in positioning Point Breeze for continued growth in the future.”

Since joining Point Breeze in 1993, Harrell has served as Loan Officer, Member Service Supervisor, and Branch Manager. She was named Operations Support Manager in November 2013.

A member of the Credit Union National Association’s Operations & Member Experience Council, Harrell is the 2016 recipient of the Point Breeze President’s Award. In 2018, she was honored with the Point Breeze Brand Excellence Award.
