“Our mission is rooted in improving the financial wellbeing and future success of our communities,” said Alex Gallardo, Executive Director for the Premier America Foundation. “These scholarships honor young people who embody courage, compassion, and a genuine heart for service – bright young scholars who are already making an impact and leading the way toward brighter futures.”

The annual scholarship program supports youth and young adults pursuing higher education at accredited community colleges, universities, trade schools, or vocational programs. To be eligible, applicants must be between the ages of 17 to 24, plan to attend an accredited postsecondary institution for the Fall 2026 term, reside in Los Angeles or Ventura counties in California, or in Fort Bend, Harris, or Montgomery counties, Texas. Applications will be evaluated on academic performance, community service, leadership, recommendation letters, and personal essays highlighting the student’s commitment to giving back. The Foundation received a record number of submissions in 2025, demonstrating that there is strong interest in servicedriven youth programs.
