Premier Members Credit Union announces “Artisans of Giving” results
Premier Members Credit Union raised $104,100 to support Foothills United Way
BOULDER, CO (January 15, 2019) — Premier Members Credit Union (PMCU) raised $104,100 to benefit Foothills United Way (FHUW) through their inaugural Artisans of Giving Campaign. Launched in November 2018, the campaign invited members and the public to join PMCU in community giving by offering individuals a chance to win up to $50,000 towards their mortgage or rent in 2019. PMCU Members were also given bonus opportunities to win based on their relationship with the PMCU.
The winners were drawn and announced over Facebook Live on the FHUW Facebook page at 4:00 pm Friday, January 4. The winner of the $50,000 prize was D. Ruth. Other winners included: A. Diaz, winner of the $5,000 cash prize; D. Ruth, winner of the $2,500 cash prize, P. Sedano, winner of the $1,500 cash prize and H. Littlefield, winner of the $1,000 cash prize.
The drawing was a fundraiser to support FHUW, a community-based nonprofit serving Boulder and Broomfield counties for nearly 100 years. Located in Lafayette, Colo. Foothills United Way is dedicated to serving the community through collaborative programming focused in early childhood success, attainable housing, and community resilience.
Since 2013, PMCU has given more than $332,600 in corporate and employee giving and nearly 400 hours of employee volunteer time annually towards FHUW volunteer projects.
