CUSO finalizes keynote lineup, Credit Union Executive Panel participants and breakout sessions

ST. Molly Fletcher, a pioneering female sports agent hailed as the “female Jerry Maguire” by CNN, has joined the lineup of keynote speakers at Member Forum 2023. During her almost two-decade career and as president of CSE, Fletcher negotiated more than $500 million in contracts and represented over 300 of sports’ biggest names, including Hall of Fame pitcher John Smoltz, PGA Tour golfer Matt Kuchar, broadcaster Erin Andrews and basketball championship coaches Tom Izzo and Doc Rivers. Fletcher is an author of five books, founder and host of the Game Changers with Molly Fletcher podcast and founder of The Molly Fletcher Company, where she helps leaders transform workplace complacency.

PSCU has also finalized the lineup for its Credit Union Executive Panel, which will be moderated by financial services veteran Mark Sievewright, founder of Sievewright & Associates, an SRM Company. Participants include:

  • Christine Blake, president and CEO of Cardinal Credit Union (Mentor, Ohio), which holds over $250 million in assets and serves over 20,000 members. She has more than 25 years of banking and financial experience. Appointed by the governor of Ohio, Blake also served as the Ohio Credit Union League chair, where she supported more than 300 credit unions as an advocate for regulatory change and a steward for educational and professional development. She currently serves on the PSCU Board of Directors.
  • Kelly Botti, CEO of TruMark Financial Credit Union (Fort Washington, Pa.), which holds over $2.9 billion in assets and serves over 135,700 members. She has over a decade of experience in banking and senior leadership, previously serving as senior vice president, chief risk officer and corporate counsel for the credit union, where she focused on facilitating the credit union’s strategic planning process and plan execution. She serves on the National Association of State Credit Unions Legislative and Regulatory Affairs Committee, as well as the organization’s Inter-State Credit Union Task Force.
  • Tansley Stearns, president & ceo of Community Financial Credit Union (Plymouth, Mich.), which holds over $1.5 billion in assets and serves over 81,000 members. Tansley’s acumen is shaped by over 25 years of credit union leadership experience, including roles leading strategy, innovation, talent, experiential activations and government relations. Before her tenure with Community Financial CU, Tansley was COO at Canvas Credit Union, Colorado’s third-largest credit union, and the chief impact officer at the credit union industry’s premier think-and-do-tank, the Filene Research Institute.

Finally, PSCU’s Member Forum 2023 will feature a record 20 breakout sessions. Designed to provide attendees with timely insights and thought leadership from industry experts on trending topics, sessions will focus on subjects ranging from faster payments to connected experiences, digital lending, the metaverse, fraud management and more.

“We are extremely pleased to welcome these speakers to the agenda for Member Forum 2023, and know that their impressive backgrounds and diverse opinions will be valuable additions to our already remarkable lineup,” said Dean Young, EVP, chief experience officer at PSCU. “Aptly themed ’Inspire What’s Next,’ we hope this year’s event will encourage attendees to share ideas, insights and unforgettable experiences, while also focusing on the future of their credit union, their members and our industry.
