St. Petersburg, FL, Feb. 23, 2011 –PSCU Financial Services announced today it has signed an expanded  agreement with Open Solutions Inc. that equips Open Solutions DNA TM clients in the U.S. with even broader 24/7/365 contact center capabilities from PSCU Financial Services’ Total Member Care contact centers.

Bank-Fund Staff Federal Credit Union, of Washington, D.C., is the first Open Solutions client to adopt Total Member Care. “When we made the decision to convert to Open Solutions, we had already been working with Total Member Care. From the very start, they have been a collaborative partner that has helped us provide premier member service.
