HARRISBURG, PA (May 22, 2025) |
PSECU, Pennsylvania’s digital-first credit union, is celebrating the graduation of three employees from Leadership Harrisburg Area (LHA) programs. This marks another significant milestone in the organization’s long-standing support of local leadership development.
On May 22, 2025, Erin Hennessy, Chief Member Experience Officer, graduated from the Executive Leadership Series, and two employees graduated from the Community Leadership Series: Debbie Houser, Director of Digital Banking; and Stephanie Berdecia Arroyo, Information Systems Manager.
“Growing strong leaders is essential to our future success at PSECU. Erin, Debbie, and Stephanie have embraced that challenge by completing Leadership Harrisburg Area’s intensive programs,” said George Rudolph, PSECU President & CEO. “Their achievements reflect our investment in leadership development and our vision of building stronger communities through service.”
PSECU has supported LHA since 2008. Their programs have provided employee graduates with hands-on learning through community service projects, civic immersion, and advanced leadership tools. As a result, PSECU leaders are even better equipped to make meaningful contributions across central Pennsylvania.
LHA, a nonprofit established in 1986, is dedicated to developing leaders through custom-designed workshops and keynote presentations. Over the past 15 years, more than 1,200 regional businesses and leaders have participated in LHA’s programs, including 41 PSECU employees.
