PSECU’s Kristie Lowe named to City & State PA’s Forty Under 40 list

HARRISBURG, PA (June 2, 2026) |

Kristie Lowe, Vice President of Strategic Finance and Planning at PSECU, Pennsylvania’s digital-first credit union, has been named to the City & State PA 2026 Forty Under 40 list. The roster includes young professionals who make a significant impact across Pennsylvania’s public, private, and nonprofit sectors.

Lowe leads PSECU’s balance sheet strategy, manages financial risk, and supports strategic decision-making across the credit union. A Certified Treasury Professional, she joined PSECU in 2010 as an Asset Liability Management and Investment Specialist and has advanced through six roles over nearly 16 years, including stints leading treasury management, balance sheet management, and financial planning and analysis before being promoted to Vice President last year.

Over the past four years, Lowe has helped reshape and expand PSECU’s finance function, growing the team and building new capabilities that have strengthened the credit union's long-term financial strategy.

“I am honored to be recognized on City & State’s Forty Under 40 list and incredibly grateful for the opportunities PSECU has provided throughout my career to learn, grow, and challenge myself,” Lowe said. “PSECU’s strong commitment to investing in and developing talent has created an excellent environment to work and motivates us to best serve our members.”

“Kristie’s recognition is a reflection of the leadership, strategic thinking, and collaborative approach she brings to PSECU every day,” said Gina Seibert, Chief Financial Officer at PSECU. “She plays an important role in helping guide our organization through continued growth and transformation, and this honor is well deserved.”

Lowe holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a Master of Business Administration, both from Shippensburg University.
