Public Service Credit Union names Chris Chippindale Chief Operating Officer
DENVER, CO (February 28, 2017) — Public Service Credit Union (PSCU) announced that Vice President of Digital Strategies Chris Chippindale has been promoted to Chief Operating Officer, a new position within PSCU. Chippindale, who previously was in charge of leading all Digital Strategy enhancements as well as running the Project Management Office within PSCU, will now directly report to Todd Marksberry, CEO.
“Chris is a trusted and integral part of the PSCU Executive team who has consistently driven results with the passion for excellence that we are looking for on all levels. He will be responsible for several teams within PSCU that focus on our most important asset – our members,” said Todd Marksberry, CEO. “I have no doubt in Chris’s ability to align our purpose with the goals of our members.”
Effective March 1, 2017, Chippindale will assume responsibility for Member Experience, Support Services, Consumer Loan Servicing, Mortgage Servicing and Payment Systems. “PSCU has experienced unprecedented growth in the last 18 months, and this growth has put a good bit of pressure on our operations, including numerous initiatives that are in-flight. We wanted to place significant focus on supporting our operations teams, and to position the organization for improved efficiency, effectiveness and scalability.” Marksberry continued.
Chippindale joined Public Service Credit Union in November of 2015 from another credit union – Ent Federal Credit Union, where he spent 16 years in various roles; most recently as SVP, Strategic Initiatives. His focus included increasing electronic product utilization, credit union product sales through electronic channels, operational efficiencies as well as managing the project management team.
“Having Chris as part of Public Service Credit Union’s Executive Team is a welcomed and well deserved addition.” Marksberry added.
