Pulse Group of PMAC lending services partners with Habitat for Humanity
Pulse Group’s “Just 1 Brick” campaign invites real estate professionals and their clients to help a deserving family achieve homeownership
BOCA RATON, FL (April 22, 2015) — Pulse Group, a mortgage team at PMAC Lending Services, Inc., has joined forces with Habitat for Humanity of South Palm Beach to donate a new home to a deserving family in Palm Beach Country. Through their campaign, “Just 1 Brick,” Pulse Group will donate $150 toward the cost of the new home for every loan it closes this year.
The goal of the Just 1 Brick campaign is to put a less fortunate family in a new home by the end of 2015. Participating Realtors and clients will receive a commemorative brick engraved with their names after closing. In addition, they will be invited to key milestones in the process, including selecting the lot for the new home, identifying a deserving family and ultimately handing over the keys at the ribbon-cutting ceremony.
Habitat for Humanity of South Palm Beach County will also recognize those who participate through social media and in their newsletters.
“The dream of homeownership remains out of reach for too many Americans,” said Matt Weaver, co-founder of PMAC’s Pulse Group. “This is a great opportunity for real estate professionals throughout South Florida to help put a deserving family into a new home and to get their clients involved as well. Together, we can make someone’s dream of homeownership a reality, one brick at a time.”

So far, Pulse Group has delivered nearly 100 bricks to local families and Realtors and the campaign has already raised close to $15,000 of its $80,000 target.
