Raeann Freund promoted to Director of Retail Branches at Kohler Credit Union

SHEBOYGAN, WI (September 20, 2023) — Kohler Credit Union is proud to announce the promotion of Raeann Freund as Director- Retail Branches. In her new role, Freund will manage branch operations across the credit union by driving consistent implementation of retail strategies, enhancing collaboration between branch networks and focusing on service excellence.

“As I embrace my new role, I eagerly anticipate upholding Kohler Credit Union's servant leadership philosophy while providing guidance to the leaders of our 10 branches,” said Freund. “This promotion marks a significant milestone in my journey, and I am committed to maintaining the highest standards of excellence in our financial services.”

Freund has over 12 years of experience in the financial industry. She started as a teller and progressed through a variety of retail specific management roles over her career. Most recently, she was the District Manager for the Northern Market at Kohler Credit Union.

Freund currently resides in her hometown of Fond du Lac where she and her husband are raising their four children. She is a former participant in the young professional’s network in Fond du Lac and looks forward to strengthening the community she calls home. In her spare time, Freund enjoys spending time in nature with her family, taking walks on her property’s trails, harvesting from her fruit trees, as well as gardening.
