Raiz Federal Credit Union launches leading-edge digital banking platform

EL PASO, TX (July 25, 2023) — Raiz Federal Credit Union is redefining the way its members manage their finances with their leading-edge digital banking platform that was released on Tuesday, July 25, 2023. The upgraded system was developed with a focus on the enhancement of user experience. In addition to the platform’s easy-to-use account management, and sleek design, Raiz members can benefit from the integrated financial wellness tools that allow them to track progress on saving goals, monitor spending, view credit scores, fight fraud with card management, integrate external accounts, and receive the answers they need with an on-the-go virtual financial assistant named Archie.
Raiz celebrates the success of a smooth transition into their upgraded system that took over 18 months of configuration. The new digital banking platform can be experienced online or via mobile app, now available for download in Google Play and Apple App Store. As members adjust to the new digital banking platform, Raiz FCU is committed to providing exceptional support and guidance. From July 25 to August 18, the credit union’s support services via online chat and phone will be available with extended hours from 8:00 am until 6:00 pm, Monday through Friday, with Saturday support hours remaining the same from 9:30 am until 12:30 pm.
