RCU volunteers plant trees for sustainability at annual Re-Leaf Day event
SANTA ROSA, CA (April 28, 2015) – A team of 13 Redwood Credit Union (RCU) employees and family members, along with approximately 80 other community volunteers recently participated in the 6th Annual Laguna de Santa Rosa Re-Leaf Day—a local tree-planting effort to help restore the degraded habitat area along Irwin Creek near the Laguna. More than 900 trees and shrubs were planted at the event.
