Redwood Credit Union welcomes new general manager of RCU Auto Services
Tom Ausdenmoore will drive service experience for RCU’s auto center
SANTA ROSA, CA (November 4, 2019) — Redwood Credit Union (RCU) welcomes Tom Ausdenmoore as the new general manager of RCU Auto Services (RCUAS)—part of a wholly owned RCU subsidiary that sells pre-owned vehicles and offers auto brokering services to consumers. RCUAS has a full-service auto lot at 3219 Santa Rosa Avenue in Santa Rosa, offering new and used auto sales as well as financing through RCU, trade-ins, insurance through RCU Insurance Services, and after-market options.
As general manager, Ausdenmoore looks forward to providing car buyers a personalized, stress-free experience.

Ausdenmoore is certified as a master technician by the National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence. Prior to joining RCU, he served six years as pre-owned director for a prominent Santa Rosa auto dealership group. Before that he served 20 combined years as general manager at Marc Heitz Auto Family, and sales/service manager at Bob Moore Auto Group, both in Oklahoma City, OK.

The Cotati resident grew up in Santa Rosa, returning to Sonoma County in 2013. He is an avid auto racing enthusiast who regularly participates in events at Sonoma Raceway and other Northern California courses.
