Traduality announces its partnership with Texas nonprofit, the National Association of Latino Credit Unions & Professionals (NLCUP), to transform accessibility and inclusion for credit unions across the country.
Through a combined effort to provide educational resources, cultural sensitivity trainings, and affordable language compatibility to credit unions, both companies hope to reshape credit unions into community resource centers and ensure that non English-speaking members receive the same level of quality service their English speaking peers do.
Bringing Together Credit Unions and Communities
United in a common goal, Traduality and NLCUP aim to reshape how credit unions help their members—not just financially, but as community resource centers as well.
"I’m proud to announce our partnership with Traduality,” says NLCUP executive director, Barbara Mojica. “Together, we’re advancing language access and cultural relevance—empowering credit unions to better serve the Latinx community. This collaboration is a step forward in building equity, connection, and lasting impact."
To do so, the two organizations aim to make credit unions’ resources more accessible to limited-English members. While NLCUP continues to act as a primary resource for credit unions needing information and training regarding Latinx inclusion, Traduality will provide NLCUP members affordable access to its services, including Fire Lingo, a revolutionary platform that makes credit unions compatible with serving and bringing in more non-English members, even without bilingual staff. This guarantees credit unions can serve their Latinx members regardless of language limitations, both in branch and in contact centers.
Making Quality Member Experience More Accessible
"When I learned of NLCUP's efforts, I recognized at once a huge potential to promote inclusiveness across the credit union industry,” says Traduality’s CEO, Diego Achio. “Barbara confirmed my thoughts with her relentless passion. With this partnership, credit unions will be able to smoothly serve non-English-speaking communities— both when bilingual staff are in short supply and when bilingual or multilingual support must be ramped up to meet growing demand beyond just translating words."
The partnership aims to help NLCUP members access the resources they need to provide a world-class member experience to non-English-speaking members, not only at their branches and contact centers but also in back-office departments like marketing and legal. To lower the entry barrier to inclusivity for credit unions of any size, all NLCUP credit union members will receive a 15% discount on Traduality’s 3- component product.
