Richfield-Bloomington Credit Union selects Credit Union Resources to conduct President/CEO search
PLANO, TX (September 27, 2016) — After evaluating five search firms across the country, Richfield-Bloomington Credit Union, located in Bloomington, Minn., selects Credit Union Resources, Inc. to conduct a search for the position of president/CEO. Richfield-Bloomington CU’s board chose Credit Union Resources based on their expertise in executive search within the financial services industry.
Richfield-Bloomington CU has three branches and serves more than 21,000 members in Richfield, Bloomington, Edina, Minneapolis/St. Paul Airport, and Fort Snelling areas. The credit union was founded by Richfield School employees in 1957 and is proud of their 60 years of service and commitment to members. Today, Richfield-Bloomington CU has more than $270 million in assets and is committed to educating members, providing the best member service, and giving back to the community.
As the president/CEO, this visionary executive will be responsible for the daily operations of the credit union. The position requires an individual with a history of strong leadership skills and executive-level experience at a financial institution.
The executive search for Richfield-Bloomington CU’s president/CEO will be led by Marcus Cotton, vice president of executive recruiting at Credit Union Resources.
